This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and any other terms that apply to this website. It explains what personal information we collect from you, or that you give us, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We have tried to keep it clear and simple.
The controller of your personal information is My Flying Consultancy LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). We handle your information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our office is for administration only. We deal with customers by phone and online, so please contact us that way rather than visiting.
When you contact us, whether by phone or through our website, we may keep a record of that correspondence so we can answer your questions properly. If you make or ask about a booking, we may also collect information about the transaction and how we fulfil your order. This can include:
If you give us health or accessibility information, we only use it to arrange your travel.
All phone conversations, including calls to us, may be recorded for quality assurance and training, and to help us resolve any queries about a booking. We keep recordings only for as long as we need them for those purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to do their part of the job, such as airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers, our payment providers, and service providers that help us run the business, for example website hosting, email, live chat and advertising measurement. We may also share limited information with fraud prevention and risk management organisations, and with authorities or advisers where the law requires it. Because travel is international, some of these may be outside the UK. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your information stays properly protected.
We do not keep your billing or card account information. Where needed, payment checks may involve risk management organisations. All online payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
To protect My Flying Consultancy LTD and our customers from the widespread credit card fraud that affects travel bookings, we reserve the right to refuse a payment over the phone or through an online booking.
From time to time we send promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us, and we will stop.
Like most websites, our servers may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, operating system and type of browser. We use it to keep the site secure, make searches quicker and fix problems. It is not used to identify you personally. The information you give us is stored on our secure servers.
When you search for a flight on our website, you may be taken to third-party websites. We work with responsible partners, but their privacy policies and practices may differ from ours, and our policy does not apply once you click through to them. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any partner website you visit.
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use essential cookies to make our website work properly, for example to remember your cookie choices and to keep our forms and pages running smoothly. With your agreement, we also use optional cookies and similar technologies for our live chat (Tawk.to) and for measuring our advertising (Google Ads). These only run if you accept the relevant category in our cookie notice. We do not sell your personal information.
When you click through to our travel partners, they may use their own cookies to record that you came from our website.
You can accept or refuse optional cookies through our cookie notice, and change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on our site. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Different cookies last for different lengths of time, and our cookie notice lists each one and how long it lasts. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Some of the companies that provide these tools are based outside the UK, so your information may be transferred abroad. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are usually kept for a limited time. Booking and accounting records are normally kept for up to six years to meet tax and legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete your information or limit how we use it in certain situations, to give you your information in a portable format, and to stop using it for direct marketing. To use any of these rights, email info@myflyingconsultancy.com. We will normally reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We may change this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page at myflyingconsultancy.com/privacy-policy, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. By continuing to use our website or services, you accept the updated policy.
