1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company” refers to My Flying Consultancy Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
  • “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person making the booking and all persons included in the booking.
  • “Travel Services” refers to transportation, accommodation, car hire, excursions, or other travel-related services.

2. About the Company

2.1 My Flying Consultancy Ltd operates as:
☐ A Package Travel Organiser, and/or
☐ An Agent acting on behalf of third-party suppliers.

3. Contract Formation

3.1 A legally binding contract comes into existence once:

  • We receive payment (deposit or full amount), and
  • A written booking confirmation is issued.

3.2 For Packages, the contract is between you and the Company.

4. Booking Accuracy

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details are accurate and match passport documentation.

4.2 Errors in names, dates, or destinations may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.

5.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid by the due date specified on the confirmation.

5.3 Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of monies paid.

6. Price Changes (Package Holidays)

6.1 After booking confirmation, price increases are permitted only in accordance with:

  1. Transportation cost changes (including fuel);
  2. Government taxes or fees;
  3. Exchange rate fluctuations.

6.2 If the increase exceeds 8%, you may cancel without charge and receive a full refund.

7. Changes Requested by the Customer

7.1 All change requests must be submitted in writing.

7.2 Amendments are subject to:

  • An administration fee charged by the Company; and
  • Any airline-imposed charges.

7.3 Some changes (including name changes) may not be permitted by airlines or suppliers.

8. Cancellation by the Customer

8.1 Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead passenger.

8.2 Cancellation charges will apply and may amount to 100% of the total booking cost, depending on:

  • Time of cancellation;
  • Airline terms;
  • Type of booking.

8.3 Administration fees are non-refundable.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 General Principle
Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with these Terms (where applicable), and airline conditions.

9.2 Package Holidays
You are entitled to a refund if:

  • We cancel your Package (excluding unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances);
  • A significant change is made and you do not accept the alternative;
  • A price increase exceeds 8%.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of entitlement.

9.3 Non-Package / Agent Bookings
Refunds depend entirely on the relevant airline refund policy. We accept no responsibility where airlines issue partial or no refunds.

9.4 Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. Booking Terms

10.1 Full booking Terms and Conditions, including:

  • Airline fare rules;
  • Cancellation and amendment policies;
  • Refund entitlements;

will be issued before or at the time of booking.

10.2 Customers will be required to confirm acceptance of those Terms separately.

11. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

11.1 We reserve the right to make changes prior to departure.

11.2 If a significant change is required, you will be offered:

  • Acceptance of the change;
  • An alternative arrangement; or
  • A full refund.

11.3 We may cancel due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances or insufficient numbers.

12. Travel Insurance

12.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.

12.2 You are responsible for ensuring adequate cover, including medical expenses and cancellations.

13. Passports, Visas, and Health

13.1 You are solely responsible for:

  • Passport validity;
  • Visas and entry requirements;
  • Health and vaccination compliance.

13.2 We shall not be liable for refusal of entry or boarding.

14. Complaints Procedure

14.1 Any issue during travel must be reported immediately to the service provider and to us.

14.2 Post-travel complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return.

15. Liability

15.1 We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties;
  • Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances;
  • Losses not reasonably foreseeable.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with My Flying Consultancy Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
